Eagles' Sheppard and Lewis questionable for Falcons game

12/27/2006 - Philadelphia, PA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Pro Bowl cornerback Lito Sheppard and strong safety Michael Lewis are both listed as questionable for Philadelphia's game against Atlanta this Sunday.

Sheppard, who recorded three tackles and a key interception in the Eagles' impressive 23-7 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas night, is suffering from a back injury and missed Wednesday's practice.

Lewis, who lost the starting strong safety job to second-year player Sean Considine earlier this season, was inactive for the Dallas game and is battling a lingering knee injury.

Also listed as questionable on the team's injury report are cornerback William James (calf) and linebacker Dedrick Roper (knee).
